We ship to all 50 states via USPS and UPS.
How long until my order ships?
We hustle to get your goods out the door. All orders are processed and readi to ship from our Charlotte, NC warehouse within 1-2 business days. During holidays, sales, or new flavor launches, it might take us just a little longer—but we promise it’s worth the wait.
How long does shipping take?
Once the carrier picks up your package, it’s out of our hands and into the truck. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on how close you are to North Carolina. You'll receive a tracking number the second your label is created so you can watch it travel.
How much does shipping cost?
We keep it simple. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. (Hot tip: keep an eye out for free shipping bundles!)
Will I receive tracking?
Absolutely. You’ll get an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order is packed. If you don’t see it after 2 business days, check your spam folder—sometimes our emails like to hide in there.
My tracking shows delivered, but I don't see the product.
Don't panic! Sometimes carriers get a little trigger-happy and scan a package as "Delivered" before they actually drop it off. Please wait 24 hours to see if it shows up. Also, check with your neighbors or your building manager. If it’s still missing after that, email us and we’ll help track down your ICI.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we do! Our carriers deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses.
Shipping (International)
We ship to most countries with UPS, DHL, or GlobalPost.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We want the whole world to get frosti. We currently ship to select international countries. You can verify if we ship to you by entering your address at checkout.
Are customs fees or duties included in the sale price?
No. Any customs fees, duties, or import taxes are determined by your local government and are not included in the shipping price. These fees are your responsibility upon arrival. We hate surprises, so please double-check your country's import policies before ordering!

What is the "ICI Guarantee"? (First-Time Customers)
We want you to love your ritual. If you’re trying ICI for the first time and aren't totalli in love with it, just contact us within 30 days. We will issue a full refund on your first order - just send back the unopened products and we'll refund the entire thing.
I'm a returning customer. Can I return my order?
Yes, but with a few rules. For our returning communiti, we accept returns on unopened and sealed products within 30 days of delivery. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and the cost of that shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
Can I swap my flavor for a different one?
Picked the wrong pouch? No sweat. We offer one exchange per order for our returning customers.
How it works: You send us your unopened original product. Once we receive it, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your new flavor preference right to your door.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Oh no! If your box looks like it went 12 rounds in the ring, we’ve got your back. Please snap a photo of the damage and email it to hello@tryici.com within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right immediateli.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To claim your ICI Guarantee or start a standard return, just shoot an email to our support team at hello@tryici.com with your Order Number, and we’ll guide you through the process.
