ICI is a premium protein ice cream base designed to give you the texture of a cheat-day treat with the macros of a post-workout meal. It’s a powder blend that you mix with milk, freeze, and spin (or blend) to create thick, creami ice cream or shakes.

While it varies slightly by flavor, most ICI bases contain around 130-160 calories, 26g+ of Protein, and less than 6g of Sugar per serving. It’s high protein, low carb, and totalli guilt-free

We use a specific blend of Whey Protein Concentrate (for that rich dairy taste) and Casein Protein (for thick texture and slow-release satiety). This combination is the secret weapon for getting that "store-bought" texture without the ice crystals.

Yes! Our base ingredients are gluten-free. Note: If we release a flavor with cookie mix-ins in the future, that specific flavor might contain gluten, but all allergens will be clearly listed on the label.

Currently, no. Because we use real Whey and Casein to achieve our signature texture, ICI contains dairy. We are working on a plant-based version that lives up to our standards, but we aren't there just yet!

All of our flavors are caffeine-free, making them perfect for a late-night snack.

Generally, yes! It’s just protein and natural ingredients. However, we always recommend consulting with your doctor if you have specific dietary concerns or medical conditions.

We use Sucralose to keep the sugar content near zero while maintaining a sweet, dessert-like taste without the bitter aftertaste of some natural sweeteners.

For Ice Cream: We highly recommend a machine like the Ninja Creami, Green Pan, or Cuisinart to get that true soft-serve texture.
For Shakes: You can absolutely use a standard shaker bottle or blender! Just mix 1 scoop with 1 cup of liquid and ice for a thick, tasti shake.

You can, and it will still taste good. However, for the absolute best, most velveti texture, we recommend using Fairlife milk, almond milk, oat milk, or 2% milk. The fat/creaminess in the liquid helps the texture.

This is the most common issue with home machines! Two fixes:

1. The Thaw: Did you let the pint sit on the counter for 10 minutes before spinning? If not, the machine just shaves the ice.
2. The Re-Spin: Add a splash of milk (1 tbsp) and hit the "Re-Spin" button. It will turn instantly creamy.

We don't recommend mixing the powder directly into boiling hot liquid as the protein can denature (clump up). If you want a hot drink, mix the powder with warm liquid first, then heat gently.

ICI is shelf-stable. As long as the bag is sealed and kept in a cool, dry place (like a pantry), it is good for up to 12 months. Once you mix it into liquid, consume it within 24 hours.

We process fast! If you need to change an address, email us immediateli (within 1 hour is best). If the label has already been printed, we may not be able to catch it.

If you are a first-time customer and you don't love your first bag, you can get a full refund within 30 days—we'll send you a label to ship unopened products back. We want you to try it risk-free.

We accept returns on unopened and sealed bags within 30 days of delivery. We will provide a return label, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Yes! We offer one exchange per order. Send us your unopened bag(s), and we’ll ship you a different flavor(s).
