Where is my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days. If you haven't received a tracking link, please check your spam folder, then reach out to us via the form below.
What is your return policy?
The ICI Guarantee
We want you to love your ritual. If you’re trying ICI for the first time and don’t care for it, contact us within 30 days for a full refund on your order. We will provide a return label for all unopened products.
For our returning community:
- Returns: Unopened and sealed products can be returned within 30 days. We will provide a return shipping label, and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your final refund.
- Exchanges: Want to try a different flavor? We offer one free exchange per order. We’ll cover the shipping for the new item once we receive your unopened original product.
- Damages: If your order arrives damaged, snap a photo and send it to [Email] within 48 hours. We’ll make it right immediately.
My tracking shows delivered, but I don't see it.
Sometimes your tracking information will be updated if the shipment is out for delivery in your area. If you see that the tracking status reads as “delivered”, but you haven’t received it, be sure to check with your neighbors or other members of your household. We’ve seen it take up to 2 days for a package to arrive that showed it was already delivered.
The package may have been delivered to a secure location if you were not available at the time of delivery.

How do I edit or cancel my order?
Orders may be modified or canceled before they have been shipped. Once they have shipped, we cannot change order details or cancel them.
If your order is still Processing, send us an email below with the changes you'd like to make and we will make it right.
My order was shipped to the wrong address. What do I do?
If you input the incorrect address at checkout, the best thing to do is call UPS customer support to update the address with them before the item arrives.
If the package is delivered, there is nothing we can do to help track it down or replace it, unless the recipient refuses the package and has it sent back to us.
If the package is returned to us, we will have to ask you to cover the shipping for the replacement order.
